Taken as part exchange,this one owner boat represents great value for money.The boat was purchased in 2003 from Liverpool boats as a lined sailaway.It was fitted out by its owner to a good standard as a live a board.The fitout was over seen by marine surveyor Paul Smith,which is reflected in the neat and precise wiring and technical aspects of the boat.
We have had a full out of water survey carried out and all remedial work done.While out of the water it has had three coats of intertuf blacking.Survey available with the boat and receipts for work done.The boat comes with a lot of kit as you would expect with a live a board.

The boat is very useable as it is but with scope to improve in the bathroom and bedroom areas,which will add value to your investment.Very spacious with the usual Liverpool boats high ceiling.Portholes throughout although very light and airy due to the light woods and spacious fittout.Oak and ash with mahogany trim make it feel very cosy.The exterior of the boat could do with a paint job at some point but is more than serviceable.It has new fenders front and back and it’s stern gland repacked also oil and filter changed.The engine runs sweet with no smoke or strange noises.
The boat has two solar panels fitted although they have not been tested.New ones could easily be retro fitted as the wiring is already there.Everything else on the boat works as it should.
There are three folders full of information,documents and user instructions.
Please come and look at the boat at your leisure,you will be given the keys and left to go through the boat taking as much time as you like.
