This boat is ideal for someone looking for a project to complete as the current owner has started refitting it but unfortunately has been unable to complete. Coming up directly to the bow the cabin area is maximised and the large windows provide a light and airy feel to the interior. At 40’ this would make an ideal small liveaboard or a leisure cruiser for a first timer.

Lights: There are currently no lights in the living area or corridor but 12v wiring has been installed in preparation for these. There is a tungsten light in the bathroom and 2 spot lights in the bedroom area.
