An iconic Norman 22’ cruiser in need of major re-furbishment with a Perkins inboard diesel engine and good quality road trailer.
Headroom: Approx 5’9”
Evidence of attempts at a previous fit out now part completed.
Layout designed to comprise: V shape double berth under the front deck; seating to the starboard side alongside galley; dinette on the port side plus cabin for toilet.
It may be possible to refurbish some of the windows but the rest need replacing.
Lights present in the roof but anticipate that new wiring needed.
Houses the Perkins engine which can be started on request.
Consul with ship’s wheel.
Needs new flooring and cover for the engine plus captain’s chair.
Lower hull appears to be in reasonable condition but front deck is soft.
Gunwales also need attention, especially around the rubbing strip which is rotten.
Trailer appears to be in good condition, fitted with rollers for easier launching and recovery.
