The last Orion Narrowboat to be produced; this boat combines the optimum in tradition with the optimum in homely comfort and equipment. Finished in George Head livery to compliment her original home mooring on the Gloucester Sharpness Canal, Rose will turn heads. Inside the whirlpool bath and Heritage Diesel Range cooker are highlights, as are the porthole windows and multiple side hatches with swan drop in’s; this combination giving the choice of privacy or a light airy interior.

Roof : In the living, galley and back cabin the ceiling is lined in stained tongue and grove panels. In the bathroom and engine room these are painted white.
Upper Sides: Lined in wood panels painted cream with natural trim in the living area and galley. In the bathroom on the port side these panels are painted baby blue and on the starboard side the cabin is lined in large oatmeal tiles with complementary border. Tongue and groove planks in the engine room and boatman’s cabin.
Lower Sides: Tongue and groove planks that are stained to match the roof.
Side Hatches: 2 in living, 2 in galley, all with drop in swans; 2 in engine room.
Floor Covering: This is lined with Kilsom and Shuts (Natural planks) which are waxed 22nn thick American redwood.
Windows: Brass portholes for extra privacy.
Other: 2 extra large mahogany sky lanterns in the living and galley areas.
Lights: Inset spots set into the ceiling at regular intervals throughout, most with LED bulbs. Complimented by tungsten ceiling lights and brass wall lamps. The majority of the lights are LED, the exceptions to this are: the spotlight above the sink in the galley (this is 50w), the light above the cooker and the bulkhead light in the engine room.
Sockets: 240v are located in: 1 x double in living; 2 x double in galley, 1 x single in engine room.
Other: Traditional canal artwork throughout plus old fashioned advertising posters.
